I created Be Balanced because I wish something like it existed when I was struggling with my own symptoms. For years, I saw OBGYNs, endocrinologists, and gastrointestinal doctors—the works. But I was dismissed every single time with responses like, "This is just part of being a woman," "All your labs are normal," or the classic, "You just need to eat less and work out more."
None of it helped, and pushing myself harder in the gym only made things worse. Finally, I found functional medicine, did the right lab testing, and got the answers I needed: high cortisol, Hashimoto’s, PCOS, insulin resistance, and gut issues—all at once. Once I understood how everything was connected, I finally knew how to properly support my body. Things improved, and now I’m on a mission to help you do the same.
